Confirm cargo readiness first

A factory statement that production is finished is not always cargo readiness. AXTIMES coordinates confirmation of finished packing, SKU quantities, carton count, measured weights, dimensions, lot data, inspection status and documents before handoff. These final facts should feed one master data set.

Compare routes against the actual cargo

Sea, air, rail, road and multimodal options differ in cost, handling, seasonality and product exposure. We coordinate a comparison using origin, destination, cargo-ready date, dimensions, weight, shelf-life position and heat or moisture sensitivity. Headline freight alone is not a complete comparison. Align Incoterms and handoff

The agreed Incoterms® rule and named place define delivery, cost and risk allocation; they should match the contract, booking and practical handoff. AXTIMES coordinates China-side communication among factory, exporter and forwarder, while the buyer and its advisers determine its commercial and import obligations. Coordinate document preparation

Typical files can include a commercial invoice, packing list, export declaration evidence, transport document, certificate of origin where required, and product or batch documents. Handle contracts, payments and samples carefully

A sales contract and payment structure should identify parties, goods, delivery terms, quality/document requirements and release points. We can coordinate the China-side information flow, not provide legal advice or replace bank, broker or regulatory review. Handover to buyer and broker

Before departure or arrival, AXTIMES coordinates a pre-alert and handoff of agreed documents to the buyer and designated broker. Document names, quantities, weights, parties and origin must be consistent. Final import filing, duties, permits and destination delivery are confirmed by the importer or broker.
