AXTIMES coordinates quality control and sample evaluation for confectionery buyers sourcing from China. We manage the factory-side of the review process — so you receive consistent, documented results before production begins and before any shipment is loaded.

Sample process

  1. Define your specification: flavor, texture, format, packaging, certifications required.
  2. AXTIMES requests samples from shortlisted factories based on your brief.
  3. Samples are shipped to you via premium courier for evaluation.
  4. You provide feedback; AXTIMES communicates adjustments to the factory.
  5. Revised samples are requested until the specification is met.

Third-party testing & inspection

SGS or Intertek pre-shipment inspections can be arranged prior to container loading. Laboratory testing for specific parameters (microbiological, heavy metals, pesticide residues) can be coordinated when parameters, standards and acceptance criteria are defined in advance.
