Quality & Samples Coordination

Coordinate approved specifications, inspection, testing evidence, deviations and retained samples for candy orders.

Build quality around an approved specification

Quality begins before production. AXTIMES coordinates the link between the approved sample, written product specification, packaging requirements and order. This is distinct from sample development: the purpose is to control what the finished lot is measured against.

Define lots and inspection criteria

We help align the inspection brief with SKU, batch, pack, artwork, quantity and defect criteria. A useful plan identifies what is sampled, what is measured, who reviews results and what happens when a result fails. It should not say only “check quality”.

Control Evidence
Product Approved reference and specification
Pack Material, seal, artwork and codes
Quantity SKU and carton reconciliation
Batch Lot identity and agreed records

Coordinate inspection before release

AXTIMES can coordinate China-side inspection against the agreed scope while correction is still possible. Typical checks include product appearance and sensory comparison, dimensions or weight where specified, retail packs, cartons, labels, codes and packing-list consistency. Inspection is sampling evidence, not a guarantee that every unit is defect-free. See the pre-shipment inspection checklist.

Request appropriate laboratory and shelf-life evidence

Where product risk, contract or market requires it, we coordinate requests for batch COA, laboratory reports or shelf-life support. The required method, sample, parameter and applicable market must be agreed in advance. A laboratory result should relate to the relevant product or batch; it is not interchangeable with a factory statement.

Control deviations and corrective work

A deviation is first compared with the controlling requirement. We coordinate communication on affected quantity, segregation, factory evidence, proposed correction and buyer decision. A discount is not technical closure. Rework can introduce new risks and may require re-inspection or further evidence. Review production deviations in candy orders.

Retain evidence for reorders and complaints

A sealed, labelled retained sample, inspection report, specification version and batch records create a practical reference if a complaint occurs. AXTIMES can coordinate the information flow between buyer and factory; final product acceptance, regulatory decisions and complaint remedies remain governed by the buyer’s requirements and commercial agreement.

FAQ

Does inspection prove food safety?

No. Visual and sensory inspection does not replace appropriate laboratory testing, batch evidence or regulatory review.

What controls inspection?

An approved sample, written specification, packaging/artwork version and lot-specific inspection plan.

Can you arrange testing?

AXTIMES can coordinate testing and evidence requests according to the agreed project scope.

What happens to deviations?

Affected lots should be identified, assessed and handled through an agreed accept, rework, hold or reject decision.
