Handoff from approval to production

Production coordination starts when the buyer’s approved sample, specification, artwork, quantity, packaging and commercial terms are handed to the factory as one controlled instruction. AXTIMES coordinates this China-side handoff so a production team is not working from scattered chat messages.

Build a practical schedule

We coordinate milestone visibility for material readiness, packaging, production, packing, inspection and cargo readiness. Dates are planning tools, not promises of delivery. The schedule should expose dependencies such as printed film, special ingredients, line availability and buyer approvals.

Milestone Buyer decision Factory input
Pre-production Release controlled version Confirm route and materials
Pilot/first run Compare with reference Report line result
Packing Approve artwork/version Confirm counts and codes
Release Review agreed evidence Present ready lot

Use change control

Formula, ingredient, line, artwork, packaging or process changes can affect the product. AXTIMES coordinates a change record describing the proposed change, affected order, evidence needed and buyer decision. This does not create a certification or performance guarantee. See factory change control.

Manage pilot and full production

A pilot or first-run check is useful where the approved sample was made by hand, on a trial setup or in a different configuration. For a full run, we keep the approved reference and specification connected to the factory’s production and inspection communication. Read pilot order vs full production.

Escalate deviations before cargo release

If the factory reports a difference, AXTIMES coordinates identification of the lot, actual evidence, timing and proposed disposition. The buyer can then consider acceptance, correction, rework, remake or a revised plan based on facts rather than an urgent verbal assurance. The approach is described in production deviations.

Plan peak periods and reorders

Chinese New Year, Golden Week, packaging lead times and transport capacity can affect a plan. Reorders benefit from a controlled record of the prior specification, sample, inspection results and deviations. AXTIMES coordinates the production conversation, but the factory’s capacity and actual timing must be confirmed for each order.

FAQ

Do you manufacture candy?

No. AXTIMES coordinates the buyer-factory project interface with suitable manufacturing partners.

Can you manage changes after approval?

We coordinate impact review and written buyer decisions; material changes should not be treated as informal messages.

Is a pilot run always required?

Not always. It is useful when development evidence does not represent the intended commercial route.

Can you assist reorders?

Yes, by carrying forward controlled specifications, lessons and required updates.
