What products can AXTIMES help source?
AXTIMES covers gummy candies, sour ribbons and belts, freeze-dried sweets, marshmallow, chocolate-coated nuts and fruits, sauces and fillings, lollipops, dragée, functional gummies, coated popcorn, and toy candy formats. All categories are available as OEM/private label.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the product, recipe, packaging, printing method and production setup.
Can you source a product not in your catalog?
Yes. Send a reference sample, image, or product specification and we will review suitable manufacturers within our network.
Can I make a custom flavor, shape, or filling?
Custom flavor, coating, filling, and shape are possible depending on factory capability, MOQ, and development complexity. Custom mold products typically require additional development review and longer lead times.
Are sugar-free or vegan formulations available?
Yes. Sugar-free (maltitol-based) and vegan (pectin-based) formulations are available for gummy and marshmallow categories, with certification on request.
Are samples free of charge?
Sample costs depend on the factory and product type — they are not automatically free. Standard catalogue samples may carry a nominal fee; custom or development samples typically have a production cost. Courier shipping is charged separately and varies by destination and box volume. We confirm exact sample costs when we receive your request.
How long does sample delivery take?
Standard items are dispatched within 5–7 business days via DHL or FedEx. Fully custom formulations may take 2–3 weeks to prepare before dispatch.
Can I request multiple flavors in one sample box?
Yes. Most sample boxes include several flavor or formulation variants so you can compare options side by side.
How does the sourcing process work?
The process runs in stages: product brief → factory capability matching (shortlist in 3–5 business days) → sample coordination → approval → packaging confirmation → production (20–45 days depending on complexity) → quality inspection → export and logistics.
Do you charge a sourcing fee?
Yes. AXTIMES charges a sourcing fee of 5% of the total invoice value. The factory price you receive is the factory price — we do not mark up the product cost.
Can I use my own logo and branding?
Yes. Stand-up pouches, retail bags, and bulk cartons can be printed with your branding. Packaging design support is included in the private label service.
What is the lead time after sample approval?
Standard formulations are ready to ship in 20–30 days after deposit and artwork approval. Fully custom recipes typically take 35–45 days.
What certifications do your partner facilities hold?
Partner facilities hold ISO 9001 / ISO 22000 and HACCP certifications. Halal-ready facilities are available for relevant product categories.
Do you offer pre-shipment inspection?
Yes. In-house and third-party inspections (SGS, Intertek) can be arranged prior to container loading. Failed batches are rejected and reworked at the factory's cost.
What documents are included in export shipments?
Every shipment includes Certificate of Analysis (COA), Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS), phytosanitary certificates, and full customs clearance documentation.
What is the difference between FCL and LCL shipping?
FCL (Full Container Load) is a dedicated container for your goods — ideal for larger orders. LCL (Less than Container Load) shares container space with other shipments, which suits smaller or trial orders.
Is temperature-controlled (reefer) shipping available?
Yes. Reefer containers are available for heat-sensitive products such as chocolate-coated items traveling through warm climates.
Can you deliver door-to-door?
Yes. Door-to-door delivery can be arranged in coordination with your customs broker at destination, or fully managed if you prefer a single point of contact.
Do I need to know which product to choose to get started?
No. You can start with your audience type, brand style, and sales channel. AXTIMES will suggest suitable candy or snack product directions based on that.
Do I need to understand logistics and customs to start?
Not at the first stage. The process starts with product idea, samples, and packaging. Logistics route review comes later, once the product direction is confirmed.
